This apartment has a living space of 65 m2 for 4-6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Shower and WC, as well as Flat-TV or Sat-TV.
Our apartment Gartnerkofel is the largest apartment with its own access and parking directly in front of the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large living area with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet are separate, a private ski boot dryer in the anteroom, balcony and private terrace,from where you have a magnificent view of the Gartnerkofel.
Sat-Tv and free W-lan are a matter of course. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products are provided and included.

- Exclusive local tax (winter / summer € 2,70 per person and night).
- Exclusive € 60,- for final cleaning
Conditions for cancellations:
Up to eight weeks before arrival we will refund your deposit minus € 20,- handling fee.
If the holiday is cancelled in the last eight weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of late arrival or early departure, you will be charged for your stay less any consumption not taken. In general, the Austrian hotel regulations apply - the place of jurisdiction is Hermagor.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided by us.
For our smallest guests we can also provide you with a crib and ahigh chair if required.
